Sumario:Breast cancer treatment strategies have evolved significantly over the years, and decisions regarding the use of radiotherapy have become increasingly complex. This paper explores the considerations and limitations associated with omitting radiotherapy as part of breast cancer treatment. While omitting radiotherapy may be a viable option for select patient groups, it is not without its challenges. The decision to omit radiotherapy in breast cancer treatment should be highly individualized and made after a comprehensive evaluation of the patient's specific circumstances.
