Sumario:BACKGROUND: Achilles tendinopathy is understood to be a failed healing response. Operative management is utilised following the failure of non-operative methods. Conclusion: Bilateral surgical exploration and debridement had previously been performed after conservative management of bilateral Achilles tendinopathy had been unsuccessful.
