The prognostic value of DNA-ploidy in colorectal carcinoma: a prospective study.
One hundred and fifty-seven patients with usual colorectal cancer were analysed prospectively for DNA-ploidy, DNA-index and S-phase fraction (SPF) using flow cytometry.
