The Limitations of Exfoliative Cytology for the Detection of Epithelial Atypia in Oral Leukoplakias
Two hundred and ninety-nine oral leukoplakias were examined by exfoliative cytology; 83 of these lesions were biopsied because of clinical or previous histological features.
