Sumario:Erythropoiesis during the development of myeloid leukaemia in mice was studied, using assay of radio-iron incorporation in blood, exorepopulation and autorepopulation techniques. These tests indicated a certain tendency of decreasing erythropoiesis during the leukaemic process due to declining numbers of the normal erthropoietic cell precursors.
