Treatment of acute myeloid leukaemia with a triple cytotoxic regime: DAT.
Twenty patients with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) were treated with a combination of chemotherapy which included daunorubicin, cytosine arabino-side and 6-thioguanine (DAT).
