Sumario:In this issue of the Review we publish our policy on the subject of chiropractic or osteopathic treatment of visceral disease, the so-called type "O" disorders It is time that both the professions make an unambiguous statement on this controversial subject. Anecdotal references and old philosophical cliches are not enough any more. Instead we need a more rational, logical and ethical approach to the problem. This should where possible be based on scientifically conducted research.
