BIOCHEMICAL AND ULTRASTRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF OSMOTICALLY LYSED RAT-LIVER MITOCHONDRIA

Isolated rat-liver mitochondria were osmotically lysed by suspension and washing 3 times in cold, distilled water.
