Opaque deposits on gap junction membranes after glutaraldehyde-calcium fixation
When cloned hybrid cells (A/Bm-5) were grown to confluence and fixed in glutaraldehyde-calcium, electron-opaque deposits were observed on the cytoplasmic faces of plasma membrane.
