Subcellular localization of the b-cytochrome component of the human neutrophil microbicidal oxidase: translocation during activation
We describe a new method for subcellular fractionation of human neutrophils. Neutrophils were disrupted by nitrogen cavitation and the nuclei removed by centrifugation.
