Membrane-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans of human lung fibroblasts
Cultured human fetal lung fibroblasts produce some chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans that are extracted as an aggregate in chaotropic buffers containing 4 M guanidinium chloride.
