Spontaneous production of tumor necrosis factor alpha by Kupffer cells of MRL/lpr mice
We report that freshly isolated, unstimulated Kupffer cells (KC) from MRL/lpr female mice in short-term culture spontaneously produce high levels of TNF-alpha.
