Regulation of the Cardiac Na(+)-Ca(2+) Exchanger by the Endogenous XIP Region
The cardiac sarcolemmal Na(+)-Ca(2+) exchanger is modulated by intrinsic regulatory mechanisms. A large intracellular loop of the exchanger participates in the regulatory responses.
