Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Cholelithiasis in Patients With Liver Cirrhosis

We performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy for symptomatic cholelithiasis on four patients with cirrhosis of the liver, two of whom had clinical portal hypertension and splenomegaly.
