Surgery and adjuvant dendritic cell-based tumour vaccination for patients with relapsed malignant glioma, a feasibility study
Patients with relapsed malignant glioma have a poor prognosis. We developed a strategy of vaccination using autologous mature dendritic cells loaded with autologous tumour homogenate.
