Sumario:This report is the first to describe the use of milnacipran and olanzapine in combination in the treatment of delusional depression. The patient was a 55-year-old woman, and the combination treatment brought her marked amelioration of delusional depression without significant side effects. This suggests that the combination therapy of milnacipran and olanzapine is efficacious and safe in the treatment of delusional depression.
