Sumario:Aggressive treatment of patients with colorectal liver metastases can improve treatment outcome. In this paper, we review current management of patients with colorectal liver metastases and discuss the critical questions that the radiologist should consider when reviewing the imaging of these patients, so as to provide information that is important for formulating treatment strategies by the multidisciplinary management team.
