Out of hospital cardiac arrest outside home in Sweden, change in characteristics, outcome and availability for public access defibrillation

BACKGROUND: A large proportion of patients who suffer from out of hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) outside home are theoretically candidates for public access defibrillation (PAD).
