Totally Tubeless Outpatient Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy: Initial Case Report

We report the first case of totally tubeless outpatient percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Our patient was discharged home safely less than 4 hours following uncomplicated PCNL with no nephrostomy tube, ureteral stent, or urethral catheter.
