description Hemangiopericytoma, a rare mesenchymal tumour, is believed to originate from the pericyte of Zimmermann. It may affect every organ in the body. Recurrences after treatment and metastasis are well known. However, presentation of hemangiopericytoma with peritoneal carcinomatosis is not documented in literature. To the best our knowledge, we report the imaging findings of the first histologically proven case of hemangiopericytoma with peritoneal carcinomatosis.
