Fatal Pulmonary Embolus After Uterine Artery Fibroid Embolisation

We report a 44-year-old woman who developed a fatal pulmonary embolus after uterine artery fibroid embolisation (UAE). Bilateral UAE was carried out through a single right-femoral artery puncture.
