Radiologic evaluations, including magnetic resonance imaging, suggested a malignant bone tumor, but a pathological examination revealed an immature bony teratoma. Bone scintigraphy and positron emission tomography computed tomography scan showed increased uptake of proximal humerus but no other abnormal lesion.
