An unusual presentation of a vaginal leiomyoma in a postmenopausal hysterectomised woman: a case report
Leiomyomas are benign tumours commonly occurring in the uterine wall. They are rarely seen in the vaginal wall leading to pressure symptoms on urinary tract.
