CASE PRESENTATION: We present a case on hemorrhagic cystitis and severaly contracted bladder in a patient with NSCLC on gefitinib. CONCLUSIONS: Further studies are needed to substantiate the association of gefitinib therapy with hemorrhagic cystitis and contracted bladder.
