Organization of the variable region of the immunoglobulin heavy-chain gene locus of the rat

We have mapped and annotated the variable region of the immunoglobulin heavy (IGH) gene locus of the Brown Norway (BN) rat (assembly V3.4; Rat Genomic Sequence Consortium).
