Two Patients with Chronic Pancreatitis Complicated by a Pancreaticopleural Fistula

Two patients presented with dyspnea and signs of chronic pancreatitis. Patient B had pleural effusion on chest X-ray. Patient A developed pleural effusion during the course of disease.
