Poly[[di-μ(4)-4,4′-oxydiphthalato-tetrakis[μ(2)-1,1′-(p-phenylenedimethylene)di-1H-imidazole]tetracopper(II)] monohydrate]
In the title compound, {[Cu(4)(C(16)H(6)O(9))(2)(C(14)H(14)N(4))(4)]·H(2)O}(n), the water molecule is disordered over two positions; site-occupancy factors were fixed at 0.25. The Cu(II) atom exhibits a square-planar coordination geometry with two O atoms of the two 4,4′-oxydiphthalate ligands and...

Sumario: | In the title compound, {[Cu(4)(C(16)H(6)O(9))(2)(C(14)H(14)N(4))(4)]·H(2)O}(n), the water molecule is disordered over two positions; site-occupancy factors were fixed at 0.25. The Cu(II) atom exhibits a square-planar coordination geometry with two O atoms of the two 4,4′-oxydiphthalate ligands and two N atoms of the two 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene groups. A three-dimensional honeycomb framework structure is formed. Aromatic π–π stacking interactions are observed, with a centroid–centroid distance of 3.373 (5) Å. |
