The title complex, [Ni(C(2)H(3)O(2))(2)(C(5)H(6)N(2))(2)], has a distorted octa­hedral geometry around the Ni atom. Inter­molecular and intra­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds exist in the crystal structure.
