In the title compound, C(7)H(5)Cl(2)NO, there are two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The molecules are essentially identical. Each molecule is connected to a symmetry-related molecule through an inversion center by O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, building an R (2) (2)(6) graph-set motif.
