In the title salt, C(14)H(15)N(2)O(2) (+)·C(12)H(4)N(4) (−), the asymmetric unit contains one cation and one anion. C—H⋯N and C—H⋯N and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions (interplanar distance 3.845 Å) are found in the crystal structure.
