The amide group makes dihedral angles of 14.3 (8) and 44.4 (4)° with the benzoyl and aniline rings, respectively, while the benzoyl and aniline rings form a dihedral angle of 58.3 (1)°. The molecules are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into infinite chains running along the c axis.
