An intra­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bond between a methyl­ene group and one O atom of the O=Mo(VI)=O unit, as well as additional inter­molecular hydrogen bonds between neighboring mol­ecules, lead to a weakly bonded inversion-symmetric dimeric structure.
