In the mol­ecule of the title compound, C(14)H(10)N(2)O(4), the dihedral angle formed by the benzene rings is 53.66 (5)°. In the crystal structure, mol­ecules are linked into chains parallel to the [0[Image: see text]1] direction by inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen-bonding inter­actions.
