In the title compound, C(14)H(9)BrCl(2)N(2)O(2)·CH(4)O, the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 49.2 (2)° and an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond occurs. In the crystal struture, molecules are linked by O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
