In the title compound, C(5)H(5)F(3)N(2)O, the F atoms are disordered over two sets of sites in a 0.64 (3):0.36 (3) ratio. In the crystal structure, O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds link the molecules into chains and a short C—H⋯F contact also occurs.
