In the title compound, C(13)H(11)ClN(2)O(3)S, the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 12.26 (33)° and an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond helps to establish the conformation. In the crystal, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O interactions link the molecules.
