Two of the 2′-carboxyl­atobiphenyl-2-carboxylic acid ligands act as bridging ligands and, together with two zinc(II) cations, produce an 18-membered ring system. The remaining 2′-carboxyl­atobiphenyl-2-carboxylic acid ligands work as monodentate ligands. The crystal packing diagram is consolidated by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
