Sumario:Uterine lipoleiomyomas are rare benign tumors that mostly affect the uterine corpus. We are reporting the imaging and operative procedure of a very rare case of a large lipoleiomyoma of the uterine cervix combined with an occult adult ovarian granulosa cell tumor.
