In the title compound, C(14)H(19)N(3)O(4), the perhydropyran ring adopts a chair conformation. An intramolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal packing, molecules are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming infinite chains along [100].
