Methyl (E)-N′-[1-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethylidene]hydrazinecarboxylate

The molecule of the title compound, C(10)H(12)N(2)O(4), adopts a trans configuration with respect to the C=N bond. The dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the methyl hydrazinecarboxylate plane is 3.01 (6)°. An intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond is observed. In the crystal, molecules are...

Sumario:The molecule of the title compound, C(10)H(12)N(2)O(4), adopts a trans configuration with respect to the C=N bond. The dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the methyl hydrazinecarboxylate plane is 3.01 (6)°. An intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond is observed. In the crystal, molecules are linked into a two-dimensional network parallel to (10[Image: see text]) by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
