In the crystal structure, the hydrazonamide mol­ecules are connected via inter­molecular N—H⋯O=C hydrogen bonds, forming C(7) chains running along [010]. The chains form sheets parallel to the ([Image: see text]01). The chains are cross-linked by water mol­ecules to form a three-dimensional hydrogen-bonded network.
