In each cation, the piperidinium ring adopts a chair conformation. In the crystal structure, the cations, anions and solvent mol­ecules are connected by inter­molecular O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network.
