In the title compound, C(15)H(11)NO(4), the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 23.8 (2)° and an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring. In the crystal, C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a three-dimensional network.
