In the title compound, C(9)H(6)Cl(2)N(2)O, the dihedral angle between the oxadiazole and benzene rings is 1.7 (2)°. In the crystal, the molecules are linked into chains along the b axis by short intermolecular Cl⋯O contacts [3.019 (3) Å].
