In the title compound, C(12)H(14)N(2)O(2), the quinoxaline ring system and the C atoms of the methylene and methyl substituents lie on a mirror plane. The crystal packing is stabilized by weak π–π interactions [centroid–centroid distance = 3.680 (7) Å].
