N-(2-Hydroxy-1,1-dimethylethyl)benzenesulfonamide

In the title molecule, C(10)H(15)NO(3)S, the S atom is bonded in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O and weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds connect the molecules to form a two-dimensional network parallel to (100). The 2-methylpropan-1-ol group is diso...

Sumario:In the title molecule, C(10)H(15)NO(3)S, the S atom is bonded in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O and weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds connect the molecules to form a two-dimensional network parallel to (100). The 2-methylpropan-1-ol group is disordered over two orientations with occupancies of 0.570 (3) and 0.430 (3).
