Sumario:In the title compound, (C(24)H(20)As)(2)[Co(2)(C(6)H(6)NO(6))(2)(OH)(2)]·8H(2)O, the Co(III) atom in the binuclear centrosymmetric anion is octa­hedrally surrounded by one N atom and three O atoms of the tetra­dentate nitrilo­triacetate ligand and two μ-hydroxide ligands. The crystal packing is controlled by C—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen-bonding inter­actions. The crystal employed in this study proved to be a two-component twin around (0[Image: see text]1).
