Adjacent ribbons are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, generating a three-dimensional network. The 4,4′-bipyridine-N,N′-dioxide molecule lies on an inversion centre and is hydrogen-bonded to the complex network. The coordination geometry of the Eu atom is a monocapped square antiprism. |
