Sumario:In the title compound, [Mn(C(13)H(14)N(3)O(3))(2)(H(2)O)(2)], the Mn(II) ion is coordinated by four N atoms from two (±)-2-(5-isopropyl-5-methyl-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)nicotinate ligands and two water mol­ecules in a distorted octa­hedral environment. Inter­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to a chain along [010]. Intra­molecular N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds are observed.
