Sumario:The title compound, C(23)H(24)N(2)O(3), was synthesized from naphthalen-2-ol, 3-nitro­benzaldehyde and 3-methyl­piperidine. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene system and the nitro­benzene and methyl­piperidine rings are 78.53 (13) and 64.14 (15)°, respectively. The mol­ecular conformation is stabilized by a strong intra­molecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond.
